Jamie Robinson is the Head of Professional Game Coach Development at The Football Association and has a long history of working within the Football industry. He started his career as a professional player at Liverpool F.C. in 1988 and played there for just over four years. He continued his career at a variety of clubs over the next eight years, including Barnsley F.C. and Chester City F.C. In July 2001, Jamie became the Head of Youth Development at Shrewsbury Town F.C. During his time at Shrewsbury Town, Jamie helped set up the Midland Floodlit League, which would help shape the careers of both Joe Hart and Dave Edwards at a young age. After leaving the role in 2005, he then became a Regional Coach at the Professional Footballers Association, which then led to his current role at The Football Association.
