VACANCY | Safeguarding Trustee

Shrewsbury Town Foundation have an opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified candidate to join our Board of Trustees as Safeguarding lead.

We are seeking someone with significant safeguarding experience, strong governance awareness, and a genuine commitment to supporting communities.

This voluntary position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the Foundation continues to provide safe, inclusive, and positive experiences for the children, young people, and adults we engage with across Shropshire.

As Safeguarding Trustee, you will provide strategic oversight and guidance on all safeguarding matters, supporting the Foundation in maintaining the highest standards of care, protection, and wellbeing.

Working closely with fellow Trustees and the senior leadership team, you will help ensure safeguarding remains at the heart of everything we do.
