Dementia Hub

Shrewsbury Town Foundation's Dementia Hub is run in partnership with Radfield Home Care and offers regular support for carers and those living with dementia.

The Dementia Hub is a weekly session hosted at The Croud Meadow, offering support to individuals living with or affected by dementia or Alzheimer's.

Experienced Health and Wellbeing Officers facilitate a range of engaging activities such as crafts, games, and quizzes, as well as seated exercises, all designed to exercise the brain and the body.

Expert staff and health care professionals from Radfield Home Care are also on hand to provide information, resources, and support.

There is no need to register in advance - simply turn up, our friendly team will welcome you when you arrive and ask you to fill in a registration form.

The Hub thrives on the collaboration between the Foundation, Radfield, and those with shared lived experience, creating a supportive community where we are stronger, together, forever.
