Foster Carers Group

Shrewsbury Town Foundation's Foster Carer's Hub is funded by Shropshire Council and offers regular support and wellbeing activities for those involved in fostering.

The Foster Carers Hub is a weekly session hosted at The Croud Meadow, providing a dedicated space for those involved in fostering to connect with others, share experiences and build supportive relationships in a welcoming environment.

Experienced Health and Wellbeing Officers facilitate a range of engaging activities, including opportunities to take part in physical activity in the Outdoor Gym, all designed to bring people together, promote wellbeing, and foster connection through shared lived experience.

There is no need to register in advance - simply turn up, our friendly team will welcome you when you arrive and ask you to fill in a registration form.

The Hub thrives on the collaboration between the Foundation, Shropshire Council and those with shared lived experience, creating a supportive community where we are stronger, together, forever.
