Walk and Talk
Shrewsbury Town Foundation's Walk and Talk offers individuals an opportunity to come together to walk and socialise.
Walk and Talk is a weekly walk around the Quarry Park, offering a friendly environment for all ability levels to enjoy the benefits of walking in a group.
The walk starts at the Stop. Coffee Shop in St. Julian's Friars, is approximately one mile long, and is open to all ages.
Experienced Health and Wellbeing Officers guide the walk, ensuring that the pace is comfortable and allows for conversation, making it easy to chat and connect with others.
There is no need to register in advance - simply turn up, our friendly team will welcome you when you arrive and ask you to fill in a registration form.
The group thrives on the wonderful energy created when people come together to stay active, creating a supportive community where we are stronger, together, forever.
