All In Short Breaks

All In Short Breaks

Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation in partnership with Shropshire Council are delighted to be the contract holders for the Short Breaks activities from 1st April 2026.

Short Breaks are a range of services and opportunities for children and young people aged 0 to 18 with disabilities or additional needs who live in Shropshire.

They’re designed to help children and young people with disabilities take part in activities and enjoy new opportunities. Short Breaks can happen after school, at weekends, during school holidays, or overnight, and may include things like after-school clubs, sports, youth groups, drama activities, holiday clubs, or overnight stays with a short break foster carer or in a residential home.
