We offer a range of classes and sessions giving our participants a fantastic opportunity to enhance their physical, mental, and social well-being in an outdoor environment that fosters a positive atmosphere, away from traditional gym settings.  

Our Health and Wellbeing Coaches are always available to lend a helping hand, create gym programmes and provide support during gym sessions. 

Alongside the Open Gym, our Health and Wellbeing Coaches have designed a variety of group exercises classes, meaning that clients can exercise in a social environment with like-minded people. 

Box n' Burn

Mondays, 5:30 to 6:15pm

Experience a blend of light boxing, bodyweight exercises, and core strength that ignites your calorie burn and builds resilience. This invigorating workout empowers you to overcome stress and is accessible to all fitness levels.

Foundation Fit

Wednesdays, 1:00 to 1:45pm

Join us for a fun and inclusive group exercise session suitable for all ages and abilities! Our activities will range from circuits to cardio to engaging games, ensuring a great time for everyone involved.

Circuits

Wednesdays, 5:30 to 6:15pm

Want to boost your fitness levels? Then circuits are for you! At this group exercise class, you’ll get to switch between different stations focusing on strength, cardio, upper body, lower body, and core exercises! It’s a great way to work your whole body whilst having fun.

Feel Good Friday

Fridays, 9:00 to 9:45pm

Kick start your weekend with an inspiring exercise class! Start with an energising warm-up that awakens both body and mind, followed by a high-energy tabata workout featuring 20-second bursts. Then, empower yourself with resistance training using bands or dumbbells and finish strong with stretches and mobility movements for a well-rounded experience.

Stadium 5K

Fridays, 10:00 to 11:30am

Are you ready to take on a 5K run? You can walk, jog, or run around the perimeter of the stadium at your own pace; do as much or as little as you can manage. (12 laps = 5K). Gradually building your endurance is essential and you’ll have the support of others with the same goals along the way!

Gym memberships

Our sessions and classes cost £4.00 per session, and can be attended on a pay as you go basis.

We also provide a £17.00 month membership which allows unlimited access to our open gym sessions and classes.
