Short Breaks are designed to help children and young people with disabilities take part in activities and enjoy new opportunities. Short Breaks can happen after school, at weekends, during school holidays, or overnight, and may include things like after-school clubs, sports, youth groups, drama activities, holiday clubs, or overnight stays with a short break foster carer or in a residential home.
For your child or young person to take part in All In, they first need to become an All In member. There is a membership application form to complete, you can access this by using the link below.
