Whether you’re looking to introduce regular exercise into your life or to connect with likeminded individuals, our programmes offer a diverse way for you to stay active both mentally and physically.

What to expect

When you embark on your health journey with the foundation, your Health Coach will conduct a comprehensive consultation to assess your health conditions and help you set clear and achievable wellness goals.

During this you will receive a fitness MOT, this is a detailed fitness assessment of blood pressure, visceral fat, muscle mass, body fat, BMI, grip strength and waist to hip ratio.

You will receive continuous progress monitoring, and motivating support to ensure you establish a sustainable, healthier lifestyle.  

By committing to your exercise programme, you will see significant improvements in your:

  • Levels of physical fitness 
  • Knowledge of healthy eating and the type of exercise to suit your conditions.
