When you embark on your health journey with the foundation, your Health Coach will conduct a comprehensive one-to-one consultation to assess your health conditions and help you set clear and achievable wellness goals.
During this you will receive a fitness MOT, this is a detailed fitness assessment of blood pressure, visceral fat, muscle mass, body fat, BMI, grip strength and waist to hip ratio.
You will receive continuous progress monitoring, and motivating support to ensure you establish a sustainable, healthier lifestyle.
