Shrewsbury Town Foundation are delighted to share that Lacey, our ETC U14s goalkeeper, has signed for Manchester United Academy!

Lacey has been part of our Girls Pathway for the past three seasons, growing from strength to strength and demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication. It’s no surprise that she has now earned a place at Manchester United Academy—an exciting new chapter in her football journey.

Prior to this, Lacey was also referred to the Future Lionesses Goalkeeping Centre as a talent to watch, further highlighting her potential to pursue a professional football career.

Through our pathway, Lacey has had the opportunity to nurture and develop her talent, and we’re incredibly proud to have supported her along the way.
