Dave Edwards was born in Shrewsbury in 1986 and is a professional footballer, currently playing for his boyhood club – Shrewsbury Town.

His career has seen him play for clubs such as Wolves, Luton Town, Reading, and also made 43 appearances for Wales, playing in the side which reached the Euro 2016 semi-finals.

In 2019 Dave returned to Salop and joined STitC as our Disability Ambassador alongside his commitments to Little Rascals Foundation.
