Ben's Story

As a young carer, your childhood often takes a backseat, but through coaching sessions and his love of football, Ben continues to support his Mum while also pursuing his passion for coaching.

Michael's Story

Living in a busy city was difficult for Michael, and the isolation had an adverse effect on his mental health. Since moving to Shrewsbury however, he has not only found a new place to call home but has found a community.

As a carer for her husband living with Dementia, it was difficult to find support from those who understood Debbie’s situation. Through the foundation’s Dementia Hub, Debbie has found a network of support and has made friends for life.
