Marlon Miller is the Managing Director at Catalyst Challenge Consultancy and has a great deal of experience in both teaching and leading. He is committed to creating high performing teams and delivering on the objective to the highest standard. During his career he has had a variety of roles in the education sector, including the Director of Sport at Evelyn Grace Academy and Vice Principal at ARK. Within Shropshire, Marlon was the Lead Practitioner & Outstanding Teacher Programme Facilitator at The Phoenix Academy and The Priory, Deputy Head at Shropshire School, and also worked as a self employed Coaching and Training Consultant delivering bespoke training for a variety of teaching roles.
