We swapped football for tag rugby as our Community Pitch welcomed local schools to our Tag Rugby Festival!
As part of our primary education offering we welcomed 12 primary school teams from Shrewsbury and Ludlow, as they went face to face in an action packed series of matches to be crowned winner of our festival.
Teams from St Lawrence’s and Baschurch Primary brought their a-game in a final full of points and top quality sportsmanship, which Baschurch coming out on top to win the tournament.
Well done to all the players and coaches involved. The spirit of the game was demonstrated throughout and celebrated together!
