Shrewsbury Town in the Community are delighted to announce that we have received funding from The Premier League, in partnership with Barclays, to deliver Free Christmas Holiday Camps in Shrewsbury during the Christmas 2020 Holiday Period.
Christmas Holiday Camps will take place at The STYL Centre, The Grange Sports Centre, Mount Pleasant Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 3JA.
Pre-registration is required and pupils should meet the criteria below in order to attend:
- Be aged between 8 – 12 Years
- Be able to attend the following dates – Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd & Wednesday 23rd December 2020, 10.00am – 3.00pm
- Be eligible for the Free School Meals Programme
Participants will be provided with a nutritious lunch on each of the three days as provided by Shire Services (Please include any dietary requirements when prompted on the sign-up link).
Participants will require warm & wet weather clothing as some activities will take place outdoors along with suitable outdoor footwear. Each day will provide a variety of activities including physical activities & classroom workshops.
In order for COVID Guidelines to be adhered to, places will be limited to 48 sign ups on a first come, first served basis. Participants will be placed into a group on Monday in which they will stay for the duration of the three days.
