Join the Health & Wellbeing team for our Walk & Talk Sessions here at STFC Foundation, where you can socialise, stay active, and enjoy the beauty that Shropshire has to offer.

We all have mental health and it is so key to take care of it, the more we are able to normalise the conversation and offer support in the local community the better.

Our Walk & Talk Sessions are a chance for us to connect with others and nature, combating loneliness and social isolation, whilst helping with mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Please bring the following with you when attending: 

  • A bottle of water
  • Weather appropriate clothing
  • Practical walking shoes
  • Any required medication (e.g. an inhaler)

You may also want to bring along some money, as we often come across a cafe on our walks!
