Start your day right and walk, jog, run or race your way to a full 5K around the Shrewsbury Town Football Stadium with our Health and Wellbeing Coaches.

Box & Tone

Want to feel stronger but don’t know where to start? This is the perfect class to learn technique, skill and to feel empowered whilst getting a sweat on.

Extra Time Hubs

For those who are semi or fully retired, Extra Time Hub is a great opportunity to participate in some light physical activity, enjoy a cuppa with friends and get out the house for a couple of hours.

Foundation Fit

For all abilities, this class is adaptable to all intensities and includes a variety of exercises that target the whole body using a combination of cardio and resistance training

Military Hub

An opportunity for ex-service personnel to socialize with like-minded people and participate in some light physical activity, including exercises classes and gym sessions, as well as a variety of multi-sport activities.

Open Gym Sessions

Open to all, Open Gym is manned by the Health and Wellbeing Coaches and allows for clients to go through their exercise programmes, chat to the Coaches and have programme reviews.

A multi-sports activity group for those with special educational needs who want to get fit and stay active.

Walk & Talk

Get out into the community and take part in some light physical activity, walking and socializing at the same time, with an opportunity to have a coffee and cake at the end.

Walking Football

Walking football is a weekly football session where players walk instead of run. There are a few other rule changes, but on the whole, players can enjoy the beautiful game in a safe, supportive environment.

Yoga Sessions

A low impact, low intensity workout that will tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility and help you to relieve stress, including controlled bodyweight exercises with the aim to connect the mind, body and breath.

Zumba© Fitness

A Latin inspired dance class designed to get the heart rate up and put smile on your face. Have a wiggle and giggle with no judgement in this fun and upbeat class!
